1豬蹄清洗乾淨,放入熱開水中煮1分鐘,煮出血末後撈出,再用清水沖洗一下,如豬爪上未除乾淨的毛,可用鑷子拔出

2準備佐料,蔥切斷,姜切片,醬油,料酒,冰糖,八角等

6蓋上鍋蓋,大火燒開後轉小火,一小時左右,用筷子戳一下,能輕鬆戳透就行
