蘋果: 2個, 雞蛋: 1隻, 澱粉: 5克, 糖: 5克(建議多點)
步驟
1蘋果去皮去心,切成邊長為2~3厘米左右立方體,為防止蘋果生鏽,建議泡入水中

2澱粉,雞蛋

3加入少量清水,將雞蛋澱粉攪拌成糊

4鍋中倒入油,小火加熱至七八成熱後,將蘋果掛糊,放入鍋中炸

5炸至金黃色後,將蘋果放入濾網中過油(註:確保不要讓蘋果變涼,本人失敗之一)

6鍋中放入少量油,小火至七成熱時加入白糖翻炒(註:一定要多放糖,本人失敗之二)

7白糖翻炒融化後,關火,將蘋果放入鍋中使勁炒(註:融化之後馬上關火,本人失敗之三)
