土豆: 2個, 洋蔥: 半個, 青椒: 半個, 蔥: 1根, 姜: 2片, 蒜: 3瓣, 干辣椒: 4個, 花椒: 20粒, 孜然: 2g, 精鹽: 1.5鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙
步驟
1準備材料~

2土豆洗凈去皮放案板上~ 切片(薄厚大約2mm)不用太薄~ 放入水中泡一會,洗去多餘的澱粉~ 撈出控水裝盤備用~

3洋蔥青椒洗凈切塊,蔥蒜切好備用~

4鍋內倒適量油,放入蔥姜蒜炒出香味(油稍微多放些,不粘鍋就正常放油吧)~ 放入土豆片,轉中小火炒至變軟~ 倒入洋蔥青椒塊,炒勻~ 加入干辣椒,花椒,孜然,精鹽,雞精,十三香,耗油,生抽~
