1蝦、蛤蜊、香菇、油菜洗凈備用

2蝦、蛤蜊放入鍋中微煮一下,撈出備用。將煮過海鮮的湯放置5分鐘沉澱以後,將清湯倒入碗中備用

3將麵粉放入大碗中,逐漸將冷水加入麵粉內,水要一點點的加,用筷子攪拌成疙瘩,碗中沒有乾麵即可

4起油鍋,爆香蔥姜,加老湯,放入香菇

5在鍋內放入疙瘩,並用勺子攪拌避免粘連

6開鍋後加入蝦、蛤蜊、油菜。加煮過海鮮的湯(海鮮湯要最後加入,否則會失去鮮味),用適量的鹽、胡椒粉、雞精調味即可
