小技巧
1、豆腐最好用嫩豆腐,這樣口感會更嫩。 2、豆瓣醬我一般用的是郫縣豆瓣醬,但是不要放太多,因為豆瓣醬本身就有鹹的味道。 3、因為家裡沒有肉末,所以就沒放。如果有材料的朋友可以在放入豆瓣醬之後放入肉末煸炒。
