4將檸檬中間切開去籽

8放入冰箱腌漬12小時

9從冰箱取出攪拌均勻後用大火加熱

10大火燒開後改中火繼續熬10分鐘,熬制過程中去除浮末。

11將草莓取出
12剩餘湯汁改大火熬制粘稠,注意不要太稠

13將剛才撈出的草莓再放入鍋中,熬2-3分鐘關火。
