五花肉: 一斤半, 料酒: 少許, 老抽: 一大湯勺, 生抽: 一大半湯勺, 冰糖: 少許
步驟
1五花肉洗乾淨,鍋燒熱

2鍋里不用放油,把肥肉的那面朝下,煎一下

3每塊肉四面都要煎,煎至微焦狀,不能糊

6加入冰糖,不用太多,否則太甜

7倒入少許黃酒或一個易拉罐啤酒

8加入開水,蓋過五花肉,此時還可以加五香茶干,切成薯條狀,或加去殼的水煮蛋,做成滷蛋鹵干,口感會非常好吃

9中火煮25分鐘左右即可出鍋,或者再改小火燉至40分鐘,但要注意水,不要燒乾了
