日本豆腐: 2條, 蝦仁: 9隻, 豌豆(青豆): 9顆, 調料汁:: , 精鹽: 0.5g(一丟丟), 生抽: 1滴(少許), 蒸出的汁水: 適量
步驟
1準備材料(蝦仁去蝦線)~

2日本豆腐放案板上,在豆腐條中間切兩半,慢慢輕輕擠出豆腐,切成1厘米厚的片狀~
