培根: 5片, 雞胸肉: 200g左右, 洋蔥: 適量, 紅蘿蔔: 適量, 生抽、胡椒、鹽: 適量
步驟
1胡椒鹽巴先腌15分鐘

2保鮮摸包住不要包的太緊,四周要有空間,拿杆面棍把肉打松肉

3要敲打的蠻用力的,變成這樣

4切好適量的紅蘿蔔及蔥,可以放自己喜歡的料,但不要多,要不然卷不起來

5底部鋪錫箔紙,培根平鋪到跟雞肉差不多寬度(平鋪到時候儘量讓培根重疊)

6鋪上剛剛打松的雞肉及切好的洋蔥及紅蘿蔔,可以撒些黑胡椒粉及鹽做調味

7捲起來,四周都卷緊

8蒸個20分鐘(我是用大同電鍋,如果沒有也可以用鍋燒水來蒸)

9蒸完後放冷,在放冷凍庫15分鐘,拿出來再下鍋煎,可以加點醬油胡椒下去做醬汁

10煎至每面都上色就可以了
