步驟
1鴨腿去骨去皮去筋切絲,加入蛋清、水澱粉、料酒、鹽、生抽等上漿拌勻;

2胡蘿蔔洗凈去皮切絲;

5鴨絲入沸水中焯熟備用;炒鍋爆香蔥姜蒜,加入海鮮醬小火炒勻,下入鴨絲,炒制入味,裝盤;
