普通麵粉: 600g, 黃豆面(豌豆面更香): 200g, 玉米面: 100g, 花生、杏仁、黑白芝麻: 各適量, 花生油: 100g, 五香粉、鹽: 各少許

1備好所需用料

2花生米炒熟、去皮、用刀稍切碎

3把各種乾果都炒熟(我圖省事只把花生米、杏仁炒熟,芝麻可直接放油里煸熟)

4鍋里倒油燒至六七成熱,先放入黑白芝麻,小火煸炒片刻,再倒入各種麵粉、五香粉、鹽中小火炒啊炒

5炒至淺黃色時放入花生碎、杏仁等熟乾果,翻炒均勻即可關火

6徹底晾涼以後再裝入密封容器里
