紫茄: 500克, 肉膠: 100克, 蔥花: 10克, 姜米: 10克, 洋蔥米: 15克, 甜辣醬: 50克, 辣椒醬: 10克, 糖: 5克, 鹽: 3克, 雞粉: 3克, 生粉: 100克
步驟
1茄子洗凈切厚片,然後每片切成雙飛片

2瘦肉剁碎,用鹽、雞粉調味,然後不斷摔打至肉膠
