步驟
1挪威銀鱈魚(鱗片不黑,肉雪白)、油鹽 胡椒粉 雞粉(與海鮮絕配)及蛋黃拌勻,鍋燒紅,猛火煎40秒再慢火1分鐘,再每邊焗2分鐘,撒上芝士放烤箱(150度4分鐘),炒熟薯仔洋蔥後加黑椒當配菜。下油後加鹽不會粘鍋。沙拉醬和芥末拌均做醬料。
