原料
糯米粉 200g, 莲蓉或豆沙或其它馅 适量, 炒香的白芝麻 少许, 红糖 少许, 水 250ml
步骤
1把水(或者椰奶)和糯米粉混合均匀

2揉成合适的面团(糯米粉和水分的比例不一定哈,要看实际情况调整)

3然后分成大小均匀的丸子,搓圆

4依次包入您喜欢的馅儿,红豆沙,白豆沙,黑芝麻,莲蓉,紫薯,香芋都行(馅儿可以提前搓成小球球放冰箱稍微冷冻一会儿这样比较好包)

5包完所有汤圆

6开水下锅煮至全部浮起(如果汤圆馅儿事先冻过,就等浮起后再稍微多煮一会儿),然后用漏勺捞起,放入碟子

7用小竹签把两三个汤圆串起来,撒上红糖和炒香的白芝麻,就好啦
