原料
油皮(16个的量), 面粉230g, 猪油80g, 水102g, 油酥, 面粉172g, 猪油86g, 馅料, 咸鸭蛋黄16个, 豆沙400g, 高度白酒5g, 玉米油5g, 刷面, 鸡蛋黄1个, 黑芝麻5g
步骤
1 把蛋黄先刷白酒等几分钟再刷一遍油,烤箱预热180度烤5分钟,放凉备用

2 把油皮材料混合,水量分几次加入,揉至扩展,不要完全扩展,也就是还不用出膜,装入保鲜袋松驰三十分钟

3 把酥油材料混合,揉成团
