原料
大闸蟹: 3只(两母一公), 糯米: 一杯, 香菇: 6朵, 海蛎干: 10颗, 虾皮: 一勺,或金钩, 蒜瓣: 4个, 姜末: 适量, 荷叶: 一张, 葱: 一根
步骤
1先将干荷叶浸泡在水中一小时,冲洗干净备用

2将香菇,海蛎干用温水浸泡半小时,葱姜蒜切末,糯米用温水泡3小时备用

3大闸蟹待其死后马上用小牙刷将蟹钳蟹腿刷洗干净,去掉蟹脐蟹肠,将蟹盖掀开

4剪刀剪去蟹鳃部,将里面小心的冲洗干净

5烧开水,蒸笼中垫入荷叶,将浸泡软的糯米放在荷叶上,大火蒸30分钟

6同时在另一锅中爆香姜蒜末,将虾皮或金钩,香菇,海蛎干一同炒香

7接着将炒熟的配料均匀码放在蒸熟的糯米上,淋入一点六月鲜酱油。再开大火蒸10分钟
