1面粉中加入适量水,揉成面团

2将面团放入清水揉搓,保存面浆,反复几次,直至面团不再出浆

3洗面水静置一夜,别开清水,留下面酱

4烧一锅开水,找一个平盘,盘底摸少许油,将一勺面糊倒入盘中,均匀摊开后,上锅蒸熟,凉皮原料就做好了,趁热取下凉皮备用

5将揉剩的面筋上大火蒸熟

6将黄瓜切丝,绿豆芽焯水备用;
7将凉皮切条摆盘,铺上豆芽,黄瓜丝,面筋块,撒少许盐,加入辣椒粉,花生碎,按个人口味加入适量醋
8找来一个小奶锅,倒入适量油,加热至八分热,倒入已备好的凉皮中,一碗美味爽口的凉皮就完成了!
