11. 姜切片; 2. 蒜头拍碎后去衣, 3. 白薯去皮后用清水冲洗干净,切块;

3热锅放油,加入姜、蒜爆香,放入鹅肉、九江双蒸酒 1 茶匙,拌炒均匀;

4加入蚝油 1 茶匙、少许酱油、蔗糖 1/4 茶匙、南乳1.5 砖 & 白薯,拌炒均匀;

5加入适量凉开水,盖上锅盖,中小火焖煮15-20分钟,直至白薯熟透后再加入适量的盐、少许蘑菇粉,拌炒均匀; (要控制好火候避免烧糊了)
