原料
肥牛: 350g, 洋葱: 半个, 胡萝卜: 1/4根, 水: 适量, 生抽: 2勺, 蚝油: 3勺, 白糖: 1.5茶匙, 料酒: 2勺, 盐: 1.5茶匙, 淀粉水: 3勺, 青椒: 一只, 红椒: 一只, 金针菇: 500g, 蒜: 6个左右, 黑胡椒粉: 一点点, 香油: 1-2滴
步骤
1先把蒜,金针菇,青红椒,胡萝卜,洋葱洗净切好,肥牛片提前解冻放一旁。(不喜欢吃辣的可以换成甜椒,但是不够提味)

2接下来配酱汁,将蚝油,料酒,生抽,淀粉水加入碗中搅拌,然后加入糖,盐,黑胡椒粉

3最后倒入适量清水,稀释酱汁颜色至深棕色,最后加1-2滴香油(千万不要加多)

4锅烧热,加油,加入洋葱小火翻炒至炒出香味

5加入蒜末,继续小火翻炒至出蒜香

6加入金针菇和胡萝卜片,转大火翻炒,让金针菇散开炒软
