低筋面粉: 135g, 黄油: 80g, 蛋黄: 三个, 奶粉: 20g, 绵白糖: 45g, 葡萄干: 适量
步骤
1 制作方法 1.软化的黄油加入白糖总打蛋器打发至体积蓬松 颜色略变浅;

2 2. 分三次加入三个蛋黄(可留少许蛋黄刷表面)搅打均匀;

3 3.加完后黄油依然是蓬松的就好了;

4 4.然后筛入低筋面粉和奶粉;

5 6.可用朗姆酒将葡萄干泡会 然后将葡萄干揉进面团;

6 7.用手将面团按扁;
