5下油锅炒香配料,按个人口味加少许花椒八角,倒入焖锅(我用的是小火锅)

6依次在焖锅中加入配菜

7200度加热五分钟。调制配料:蚝油八勺,豆瓣酱三勺,糖一勺,或者再继续添加家中能加的其它酱料
8加入2/3调料,摆入虾子,继续加热五分钟,再加入余下的调料,继续低温加热五分钟~~~OK啦~~~
