4调制酱汁,2勺酱油,2勺黄豆酱或甜面酱,2勺番茄酱,2勺耗油,1勺糖,1勺淀粉,少许油,拌匀

5锅底倒入比炒菜用量多的油,把蔬菜平铺在锅底

6上层码好其他食材,洒少许胡椒粉,辣椒粉,盖上锅盖,小火15分钟
