淡奶油: 200g, 蛋黄: 1个, 德芙黑巧: 2条, 砂糖: 30g, 吉利丁片: 2片, 牛奶: 50g, 朗姆酒: 少许(没有可不加)
步骤
1先做好可可蛋糕分成两片

2打发淡奶油分倒入砂糖打发流动状

3把吉利丁用冷水软化,牛奶和软化好的吉利丁片加热熔化,再倒入蛋黄搅拌过筛,巧克力熔化后再倒入牛奶里搅拌均匀,再倒入打发好的淡奶油里搅拌均匀

4先铺好第一张蛋糕,倒入一半的慕斯液,再铺上第二层蛋糕,再倒入最后一些的慕斯液,最后轻轻的震两下放入冰箱冷藏
