步骤
1糯米淘洗干净,加水浸泡2小时

2将莲藕刷洗干净备用

3红糖,冰糖,桂花,蜂蜜各适量,盐少许

4莲藕在顶端切下大约三厘米做盖子用

5借助筷子将泡好的糯米放入莲藕的小孔中,盖上顶端的盖子插上牙签固定

6红糖,冰糖,盐放到阿迪锅里(甜度视个人喜好添加)

7倒入适量的水,先用阿迪锅煮开直到冰糖融化
