2做油皮把中筋面,牛奶,糖,猪油搅拌均匀后揉到光滑

12把咸蛋黄放到烤盘,烤箱预热180℃把咸蛋黄烤3分,拿出来放凉。

13把豆沙平均分成10份,然后把咸蛋黄跟豆沙包起来

14醒好的面团用擀面杖擀成牛舌形(注意不要太用力,把油酥擀出来)

15擀好的面团从上往下卷起,醒面15分
