6继续向另一个角卷一圈儿

7用双手的拇指轻轻地挤一下卷起的装有肉馅儿的面片儿,让肉馅儿集中在面片儿的正中间。现在的面片儿应该是个三角形,把下面两个角向中间对折压在一起,并用手指把两个重叠的角捏合压实。(如果面片儿干的话,可以用筷子蘸一点儿水再粘合。)
