1猪肉剁细

2肉馅里加葱、姜末,打入一个鸡蛋

3馒头去皮,温开水浸泡一会

4馒头放入肉馅中剁细,加盐、花生油、五香粉同其他材料一起混合剁匀

5锅内放油烧热,用手将肉馅团成肉丸,炸制表皮呈金黄色、定型
