藕: 1节, 淀粉: 适量, 葱: 1根, 蒜: 2瓣, 花椒: 15粒, 干辣椒: 4个, 生抽: 1.5匙, 白糖: 1匙, 孜然粉: 1匙, 花椒粉(十三香): 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 香菜: 适量
步骤
1准备材料~

2藕去皮洗净切粗丝放入水盆中泡至5分钟以上~ 香菜葱洗净,切段备好~ 蒜洗净切片(花椒,干辣椒备好)~

3将藕条捞出控水放入盆中加入淀粉,轻轻拌匀(太脆不要弄断了)~

4锅内倒适量油,转中小火~ 待油温热,一个个下入藕条(以免粘连)~ 不时用筷子推动防止粘连,炸至金黄色~ 捞出装盘备用(炸油倒出)~

5锅内留少许底油,放入葱段蒜片花椒干辣椒炒出香味~ 放入炸好的藕条~ 加入生抽,白糖,孜然粉,花椒粉,鸡精快速炒匀~ 撒入香菜段提香~
