肥肠: 500-600克, 大蒜: 至少10瓣(根据大肠量调整), 料酒: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 老抽: 适量, 鸡汤: 一碗, 水淀粉: 适量
步骤
1稻香村已经卤制好的猪大肠,切成小段,备用(大肠内壁一般会有肥油,为了减少油脂摄入,我会把内壁的油脂弄下来扔掉)

2蒜包好,切碎,备用
