1葱姜料酒盐,把肉末/排骨蒸熟 待用

2把菱剥皮洗净,加水和盐煮熟备用。

540g面粉+80ml冷水冲兑成面糊,把洗净切成一半的蟹,侧面浸在面糊里,封住

6油锅里放葱姜,把蟹的侧面朝下放油里炸。加少量料酒

7加大量水,把事先准备好的食材放进去,剩余的面糊也加入。也可以再加些生粉,这样会比较稠
