步骤
1面粉倒进盆里,打两个鸡蛋,放一小勺盐

2逐步往面粉里加水,搅拌成面疙瘩,水要慢慢加,边加水边搅拌,到没有干面粉为止

3用手不停的揉面,手握拳,不断的像面上按压,翻面,按压,感觉面干的时候,可以把手放到盛有水的盆里蘸点水继续揉面,这样手上的面也会揉到面团上。一直揉成光滑面团为止

4面盆上盖上盖子或覆上保鲜膜,静置1小时以上

7把面团擀成薄饼

8擀到差不多大小的时候可以裹到擀面杖上滚着擀,这样擀着快

9滚着擀的时候要不断变换方向(过程中要不断的加面粉,防粘)

10擀到很薄的时候就可以了

11面饼上撒上面粉
