5滚水煮皮~~煮开后再煮个两分钟。换水再煮一次。然后沥干~

6把腌好的肉倒进锅里(我把渣捞出来用榨汁机打了一下)。煮开后加皮~再熬个5分钟。关火~放凉~加蜂蜜。蜂蜜请一边试一边慢慢放啊!否则甜度不适~然后装罐子。Ok!泡就用凉开水或温水泡!
