2锅里放入凉水,加入一段葱,一块姜,放进鸡翅(切几刀方便入味)开始煮,一定要煮透!

3盛出备用

4锅里放入少许油,爆香洋葱沫,然后放入番茄酱,根据个人口感选择用量

5放入鸡翅,加热水,漫过鸡翅三分之二为宜,中小火炖。过程中可以淋上冰糖跟蜂蜜,煮的时候记得翻一下,使两面均匀受热!
