9拿出面团再一次揉面,排气最关键步骤(有耐心的揉吧,能听见面团里的气泡噼啪的被挤出,尽量将空气排出,做好的馒头才没有大洞大眼的)~

10揉一会用刀切开,里面还有少许气泡~

22蒸锅倒好水,把做好的葱花卷摆在铺有屉布的蒸屉上(没有屉布的在蒸屉上抹些油)距离分开些,盖上盖子,进行2次发酵~

23发酵至2倍大时(20分钟),开蒸~

24冷水上锅蒸,大火烧开,转小火蒸10分钟(时间根据葱花卷大小而定,稍大些多蒸2分钟),蒸好焖5分钟在打开锅盖,水蒸气不要滴在葱花卷上~
