原料
黄油: 两个半厚片, 超级大菜碗: 2个, 小碗: 3个, 绵白糖: 55g, 盐: 10g, 熟蛋黄: 1个半, 咖啡粉(可不加): 适量, 普通面粉: 210-260g(看面糊状态)
步骤
1黄油切成小块,留出八小块放入冰箱冷藏

2放入糖和盐,打碎黄油,放入微波炉热35秒

3取出黄油,搅打至下图状态

4放入八小块冷藏的黄油,继续搅打至粘稠状态

5微波炉蛋黄加热13秒至全熟

6蛋黄稍凉后加入普通面粉250g左右

7用手和面,和成粘稠不粘手的状态,然后开始掌心压团,20g一个

8压成如下状态,然后冷藏1小时,1小时候它会粘在烤盘上,取下来再放上,入烤箱中层上下180度烤18分钟
