步骤
1排骨洗净,入冷水焯一下,捞出;

2准备一个容器,放入生抽、老抽、料酒、姜丝,腌制焯好水的排骨30分钟(不赶时间就多腌制会儿);

3将胡萝卜,切小丁,备用;

4香菇,切丁,备用;

5锅内放入适量油,放入姜、蒜、葱爆香,倒入捞出腌制好的排骨,放入锅内翻炒上色,然后放入调味料(味道适当可重一点,根据米量来调整),然后倒入胡萝卜丁和香菇丁,适当翻炒,即可关火,备用;

6洗好米,放入对应的水量,将炒好的食材倒入拌匀,按下煮饭键;
