3锅内下30g色拉油,油面有大量轻烟时依次放入腌好的鸡翅、转中火将鸡翅煎至两面金黄,外焦里嫩

4此时放入葱姜蒜,炒出香味
5放半罐可乐,待可乐烧开加老抽,生抽、鸡粉、盐、味精,翻炒均匀
