黄桃: 1500g(3斤), 冰糖: 350g, 清水: 2000g, 精盐: 5g
步骤
1黄桃洗净去皮,保证桃子完好~

2桃子切半去核,在切小块,放入1盐勺精盐,倒入适量清水泡一小会(桃子可切对半,也可切小块)~

3倒掉盐水,用清水洗净,装盆控干水分~
