2秋刀鱼去除内脏内鳃,洗净后沥干水分,将盐撒在秋刀鱼上抹匀,并撒少许的黑胡椒碎

3将适量的柠檬汁挤在秋刀鱼身上,鱼的两面都抹均匀,腌制30分钟左右

4腌制好的秋刀鱼,用水冲洗干净鱼的表面(因为腌制后会有血污),并用刀在鱼身上各划几刀

5烤盘上铺上一层锡纸,并在锡纸上刷上一层植物油

6将腌制好并处理好的秋刀鱼排放在烤盘上,再在鱼身上刷一层植物油,并撒少许盐

7烤箱230度预热10分钟,将烤盘放入美的烤箱中层,用230度烤15分钟左右(中间最好翻一次面)
