动物性淡奶油: 200ml, 全脂牛奶: 200ml, 杏果酱: 2勺, 黄杏: 20g, 糖粉: 适量
步骤
1准备200ML牛奶,加入糖粉拌至溶化;

2淡奶油也准备200ML;加入糖粉;

3淡奶油用打蛋器稍微打至不流动状态即可,不用打发起来;

4把牛奶倒入制作冰淇淋的桶中;

小技巧
1、冰淇淋桶抹净的用塑料袋包起来放冰箱冷冻12个小时以上,我冻了18个小时,哈! 2、所用到的淡奶油和牛奶,杏果酱等都最好事先放冰箱冷藏过;糖量可以根据自己的喜欢加减,冷冻过的雪糕甜度会变低一点! 3、加入的新鲜杏果一定要熟透带点软,不然酸而且冻后硬,影响口感,不如不加呢! 4、吃不完用盒子装起来放冷冻的冰淇淋,食用时提前5分钟解冻!(展开)
