步骤
1先将红薯和紫薯(自可加芋头)削皮,切开,隔水蒸

2把蒸好的红薯、紫薯压成粉状

3溶解木薯粉,放入红薯、紫薯粉里搓成面团,再搓长条形,切成正方形或搓圆形都可以

4烧开水,把切好的方形和圆形放入沸水煮,切记要拿出来后要用凉水过一过

5弄好了,放在碗里加椰汁或者牛奶都行

6事先可以煮些红豆或西米,我用的是兰香子,口感好又可以润胃
