原料
消化饼干: 100g, 橄榄油: 20ml, 奶油奶酪: 250g, 柠檬汁: 30ml, 鸡蛋: 2个(我用的小个的土鸡蛋), 白砂糖: 70g,或绵白糖, 盐: 1/4勺
步骤
1将消化饼干放到保鲜袋里碾碎

2加入橄榄油搅拌均匀

3把拌了油的饼干碎倒入活底模具中,找个平底的杯子,用杯底用些力把饼干碎压实做成蛋糕底

4把已经放到室温软化的奶油奶酪和柠檬汁、鸡蛋、白砂糖、一点点盐统统放入搅拌机中

5按下按钮,十几秒后奶酪糊就搅拌均匀了

6把奶酪糊倒入铺了饼干底的模具中

7把模具下面用锡纸包好,放入烤箱内,烤盘中加入一点水,隔水烤来烤

8180度烤30分钟,烤好后晾凉放入冰箱冷藏几个小时口感更好
