步骤
1食材:吃柚子剥下来的皮---刨掉表皮黄色,留白色的皮~

2加入一大勺食盐涂抹在皮上搓半分钟,挤出盐水(去苦涩)后再泡清水半小时~

9慢慢均匀的倒入碗中让柚子皮吸收酱汁~
