5放入预热好的烤箱,上下火210度,烤15分钟

6另起锅,到煎鱼的油,炒香各种配料,加豆瓣酱小火翻炒

7炒配菜,按难熟到易熟的顺序放,稍炒一下,酱油糖等调味,不要炒到全熟,之后还要烤的

8烤箱不要关,把烤盘拿出来,配菜连同汤汁倒入烤盘,浇少许料酒或白酒或啤酒(本来想放啤酒,但是家里啤酒喝完了?),入烤箱,上下210度,烤十分钟左右

9烤盘里的汤汁咕噜咕噜沸腾时就差不多啦,拿出来,加香菜、炸花生,挤柠檬汁
