干銀耳 1朵, 黃瓜 1根, 乾貝 1小把, 蔥, 姜, 花雕酒, 鹽, 鮮貝露
步驟
1干銀耳放入溫水中泡一個小時左右,中間要換2次水

2泡透後將銀耳洗凈,去掉蒂部並撕成小朵

7鍋內倒入少許花生油,小火,蔥、薑末熗鍋

9炒至黃瓜稍變色,加入乾貝,泡乾貝的花雕酒不要放入,不然酒味就太重了

10翻炒數下後加入少許的清水,不加鍋蓋的稍煮煮。炒的黃瓜要軟綿才有清香味,否則S難吃

11感覺黃瓜熟透了就加入銀耳翻炒
