原料
豬肉末 200克, 野生菌子 200克, 麵筋 15個, 澱粉, 生抽, 水 15克左右, 小白菜 7顆, 姜蒜 適量, 姜, 蒜, 鹽
步驟
1豬肉末200克,加澱粉、生抽調味,鹹味調淡一點,因為後面還會放鹽

2再放15克左右的水,用手充分把肉末抓勻備用

13調入5毫升的老抽

14蓋上鍋蓋,水開後再小火燜個5--8分鐘,開蓋把水收干一些,出鍋前加入適當的食鹽
