原料
雞蛋3個, 低筋麵粉120克, 砂糖30克, 牛奶40克, 鹽1克, 泡打粉1克, 豆沙適量
步驟
1 雞蛋中分三次加入砂糖,用打蛋器打發;

2 打發的蛋液滴下不會立刻消失;

3 將牛奶倒入蛋液中混合均勻;

4 所有粉類混合後過篩,加入到蛋液中,用刮刀翻動攪拌均勻;

5 取一平鍋加熱,不放油,用勺子取適量麵糊倒入平底糊中;

6 小火加熱至表面起氣泡並完全凝固,再翻面繼續小火煎另一面。煎好的小餅一面咖啡色一面淺黃色;

7 取一個小餅,將豆沙均勻塗抹在淺黃色一面,再與另一個小餅貼在一起即可。
