原料
中筋麵粉260g, 酵母3g, 香蔥50g, 橄欖油60g, 鹽適量(按個人口味放)
步驟
1 把酵母用溫水化開,加入麵粉中和好,蓋好發酵至兩倍大,麵糰發好揉會排氣
