高筋麵粉: 250克, 牛奶: 130克, 黃油: 35克, 白砂糖: 30克, 奶粉: 30克, 檸檬果乾: 15克, 朗姆酒: 適量, 鹽: 3克, 乾酵母: 3克, 雞蛋: 1個
步驟
1檸檬果乾切碎,泡入朗姆酒;

2麵包機桶內依次加入鹽、白砂糖、雞蛋、牛奶;

5入麵包機,啟動【甜麵包】模式,750克,淺色,開始和面;

6當麵包機進行第二次揉面的時候,加入黃油(固液體均可);
