6一直煮.大概20分鐘.將水煮干.燕麥變的很粘稠.用勺子舀一點燕麥嘗一下是否完全熟.

8關火.加入紅糖攪拌均勻.

9分裝到碗里.左邊這一碗是加了一小勺抹茶粉.

10抹茶粉大概加3g就1/4勺的量(一人份) 入燕麥里.趁著燕麥還是熱的.抓緊攪拌均勻. 抹茶粉是在美國德成行買的.一點點就很濃的抹茶味.

11加入適量牛奶.牛奶用的是Alta dena的全脂牛奶. 漫過燕麥就夠了.
